Rooted & Rising Academy was born from a vision to restore dignity, cultivate legacy, and disciple learners through Christ-centered education. Founded by Executive Director Tacandia Luster, a spiritual leader and ministry visionary, the Academy began as a grassroots educational initiative in Fort Worth, Texas, serving individuals and families seeking more than just academics. They sought truth, belonging, and purpose.
What started around kitchen tables and prayer circles grew into a structured educational community rooted in faith, academic excellence, and personal transformation. Rooted & Rising Academy integrates rigorous academics with a biblical worldview, offering a curriculum that speaks to both the mind and the spirit. Every learner is seen, known, encouraged, and equipped to rise toward their God-given potential.
The Academy's legacy is one of restoration.
