Enrollment Requirements
Truth. Purpose. Faith.
Rooted & Rising Academy welcomes families committed to academic excellence, spiritual formation, and character development. To ensure a smooth and organized enrollment process, all families must complete the following requirements before curriculum or materials are released.
1. Age & Grade Eligibility
• Students must meet the age requirements for their intended grade level.
• Early placement or grade acceleration requires administrative review and supporting documentation.
2. Completed Enrollment Application
Families must submit the full enrollment packet, including:
• Student Enrollment Form
• Parent/Guardian Information Form
• Emergency Contact Form
• Technology & Media Release
• Signed Parent–Student Agreement
All forms must be completed before curriculum distribution.
3. Proof of Identity & Residency
• Student birth certificate (copy accepted)
• Parent/guardian photo ID
• Proof of residency (utility bill, lease, mortgage, or official mail
4. Academic Records (If Applicable)
For students transferring from another school or homeschool program:
• Most recent report card or progress report (if applicable)
Records are used for placement and support, not for acceptance decisions.
5. Orientation Attendance
At least one parent/guardian/student must attend:
• New Family Orientation
• Curriculum Overview Session
• Policy & Expectations Review
This ensures families understand the academy’s structure, expectations, and spiritual foundation.
6. Parent Commitment Agreement
Parents agree to:
• Support the academy’s faith‑rooted mission
• Uphold attendance, communication, and academic expectations
• Participate in required meetings and check‑ins
• Ensure students complete assignments and character‑formation activities
7. Student Commitment Agreement
Students agree to:
• Follow academy expectations
• Participate respectfully in lessons, devotionals, and community activities
• Uphold the academy’s values of truth, purpose, and faith
8. Tuition & Fees (Based on Enrollment Type)
Families must:
• Select an enrollment type (Full Enrollment, Rooted Curriculum Only, or Partial Curriculum Enrollment)
• Submit the required tuition or curriculum fee according to the academy’s payment schedule
• Remain in good financial standing to receive material
9. Curriculum Distribution Requirements
Before curriculum is released, families must:
• Complete all enrollment forms
• Submit required documents
• Sign all agreements
• Pay applicable fees
• Schedule pickup or delivery according to academy policy
