1. How do I pay the enrollment deposit?
You can pay securely online using our Stripe payment link. We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Your student’s enrollment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
2. Is the enrollment deposit refundable?
No. All enrollment deposits are non‑refundable. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to prepare curriculum materials, student records, and academic planning for each learner.
3. How do monthly tuition payments work?
Monthly tuition is drafted automatically through our secure Stripe Auto‑Pay system. Families enter their payment method once, and Stripe processes tuition on the same date each month.
4. What payment methods do you accept?

We do not accept Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, Amazon Pay, cryptocurrency, or buy‑now‑pay‑later services.
5. Can I pay tuition manually each month?
No. Monthly tuition requires Auto‑Pay to ensure consistent, on‑time payments and uninterrupted academic access.
6. What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe will automatically retry the payment. If the payment continues to fail, your account may be temporarily paused until the balance is resolved. You will receive email notifications from Stripe.
7. Will I receive receipts for my payments?
Yes. Stripe automatically emails a receipt for every payment, including deposits, tuition drafts, and any additional fees.
8. Can I update my payment method?
Yes. You can update your card or payment method at any time through your Stripe customer portal link. If you need assistance, please contact us.
